Grayline Excursions Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: A full refund will be made for written cancellations received by R.Rida International of Lebanon at least 61 days prior to the date on which you are to commence travel (by air, rail, sea, or otherwise). Passengers who cancel after the date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following cancellation fees: 60-46 days before commencing travel- 25% of the gross fare per person; 45-16 days before commencing travel- 50% of the gross fare per person; 15 days or less before commencing travel- 100% of gross fare. Fees incurred as a result of cancellation cannot be applied to future bookings. Travel agents may impose their own cancellation fees. Agency fees of any nature are a matter to be decided on solely by the agency and passenger. Given that the resale of the cancellation space on a tour will likely result in a lost opportunity to sell space on other tours, these fees are regardless of resale. Name changes require the prior approval of R.Rida International of Lebanon and may not be possible. Travel documents are non-transferable. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.

Special requirements: It is essential that we be notified of any special medical, physical, or other requirements of passengers at the time of booking or within 48hrs of tour departure.

Baggage Policy: R.Rida International will not assume any liability for any loss or delay or damage to breakable or perishable items, medicine, liquor, cash, jewelry or similar valuables, securities or other financial instruments, film, videotape, video equipment, cameras or property left in the passenger compartment of the R.Rida International motorcoaches either during or at the conclusion of the tour. 

Responsibilities and Liabilities: Services or portions of the tour provided by any person or company other than R.Rida International (such as airlines, taxis, hotels, boats or other vessels, meals and medical care providers) are performed by independent contractors, are solely at your risk and are subject to the terms or arrangements made by you and on your behalf within the independent contractor. R.Rida International assumes no responsibility with respect to the goods or services of these independent contractors (including delays, injury, death or damage to property) even though it may collect monies or make arrangements on your behalf. 

Refund Policy: R.Rida International reserves the right to cancel all or part of the tour in its reasonable discretion. If R.Rida International cancels the entire tour, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to R.Rida International. If R.Rida International cancels a portion of the tour due to weather or other reasons beyond the control of R.Rida International or if you decide for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or part of the tour, R.Rida International will not be required to make any refunds. For other partial cancellations by R.Rida International, you will receive a refund for the value of the cancelled portion, with value to be determined by R.Rida International in a fair and equitable manner. If, due to weather or other unforeseen reasons, flights are adversely impacted or you required to spend an additional night in a location, hotel and meal costs are your responsibilities. All refunds are processed by the main office of R.Rida International of Lebanon. No refunds will be made on the spot.

General Information: Transportation is based on a/c vehicles. Size of vehicle is in accordance to group size. Tour length and sequence of itinerary may be altered according to traffic jams, weather conditions or any other unforeseen reasons. All tours depart from our Bus Station as per timetable issued. All tours return to the same point. Price includes: Air-conditioned transportation; escort English of French speaking guide (except for dine-out and ski tours); entrance fees, meals as stated in the tour; Ski tours do not include full day ticket pass, ski equipment and instructor.  Price does not include tips, drinks of any nature (unless otherwise specified).Convenient pick up/drop off service from many major hotels in Beirut are offered complimentary.

Prices: All rates are guaranteed till 30 June 2008. However, entrance fees may be increased by the Ministry of Tourism without any prior notice. In this case, we will have no choice but to charge the difference occurred.
